Step One
Get Pre-Approved for a Mortgage
Visit with a local lender to get pre-approved.
Step 2
Contact a REALTOR®
Once you are pre-approved and know your budget, reach out to your REALTOR®.
If you don’t have a REALTOR®, call the Real Estate Sisters—Kari Westlund and Jena Werpy. They are representing the Branch Creek development and would be happy to help you!
Step 3
Find a Home
Determine which Branch Creek home will meet your wants, needs, and budget.

Step 4
Make an Offer
Work with your REALTOR® to make an offer on a home by completing the purchase agreement.
Step 5
Make your Selections
Once your offer has been accepted, you’ll work with your REALTOR® to choose the finishing packages for your new home. For more information about making your selections, click here.
Step 6
The Wait Is Almost Over
The Branch Creek team will work seamlessly with your REALTOR® and lender to ensure a smooth home buying process.
Step 7
Closing Day!
Yay! The day is finally here! Before you close on your new home, you will do a final walk-through with your REALTOR®.
Once closing is complete, the home is YOURS! Welcome to the Branch Creek Neighborhood!
